Her vast knowledge of both sides of the transaction table has proven to be an asset to all of her clients as she can assist them in navigating the channels towards residential, commercial and land ownership with terms that are not only good for today but for years to come.

Catt has found her purpose in not only educating consumers on the intricate details of the mortgage lending process but also encouraging and motivating consumers to build their real estate portfolios as part of their goals of financial stability and wealth management.
